About our Prices
- The total price includes: room price, costs of final cleaning, bed sheets and towels, tourist tax. Final cleaning (€45 - €90), bed sheets and 2 towels p.p (€15) are fixed costs.
- The price in the offer is a total price.
- We charge 40% of the total cost within 7 days from the booking date, only then is the booking definitive;
- The rest of the costs need to be transferred by bank 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Other information
- Our house is a non-smoking and non-pet house.
- Our house is a family house, please do not hold parties, make loud music and other noise.
- In the apartments there are bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets available.
- Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. (Washing machine: €7, dryer: €5)
- You can check in between 16.00 - 21.30, behalf we have agreed with another time in advance;
- You can check out between 7.00 - 10.00, behalf we have agreed with another time in advance.
- Please bring your slippers in the winter.
- Please keep quiet between 22.00 - 07.00.
- We reserve 1 parking place for each apartment. Please ask in advance if you need more parking places.
- As our guests you will receive 10% discount if you rent ski equipments from Toprent Angertal.
- If you drive an electric car, it is best to charge your car by DM (700 m from us) or by Schlossalmbahn (1.8 km). Your car will be charged while you are skiing or hiking in the mountains.
- In the high seasons (Christmas, New Year's week, Febuary, July and August), the check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturday.
Cancelation
In case that Austria is in lockdown, the cancelation will be for free, otherwise the general cancelation policy applies: (We recommend you to purchase an insurance, which you can buy directly by booking in our website.)
- Free cancelation 3 months before arrival, except for the administration cost (€49,-) per apartment and credit card cost;
- 40% of the total price 1 month before arrival;
- 70% of the total price 1 week before arrival;
- 90% of the total price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
